Fireplaces

We cater for all designs of fireplaces. In the showroom you will find many examples on display including Stone Fireplaces, Cast Iron inserts and surrounds, wooden surrounds, Marble fireplaces, limestone, marble and granite suites, hearths and slips, polished steel back panels and hob grates, Brick fireplaces and Inglenook designs. We have literally hundreds of fireplace surrounds, inserts and grates on display.

We have designs to compliment all tastes and styles from traditional and classic through contemporary to ultra-modern… and if you have an idea we can probably have it made. Many of our suppliers can manufacture bespoke surrounds in wood, stone and marble exactly to your specification. Perhaps you have a photograph of a favourite old fireplace, or a picture in a magazine, whatever the requirement we can normally get the right result.

We supply many limestone fireplaces. Our sales are divided between the ever popular English limestones - Cotswold and Bath stones with their beautiful texture and natural marking - and the smoother Continental limestones which we use for the more classic, formal and contemporary designs.

Our marble, slate and granite suppliers will also provide worktops and pieces for Kitchens and Bathrooms at very reasonable prices - just send us your requirements and we can have them priced up.

On the cast-iron side we have the majority of the Stovax range of fireplaces on display together with products from many other foundries providing a full range of black, highlight polished and fully polished fireplaces, classical arches, combination fireplaces and mantels.

Wooden surrounds can be made in Pine, Oak, Mahogany, Cherry, Maple, Beech, in fact pretty much any wood you specify. We also offer a colour matching service where new surrounds can be made to match existing furniture.

We also have a range of electric fires on display from Creative Fires.

You see here a selection of popular designs, to see more of our antique fireplaces try our Antiquities page, but remember that our stock changes more often than the web-site is updated.
